At K. P. Neuman & Sons Construction, Inc., we are committed to quality work and customer satisfaction and we have an outstanding performance record to prove it. Based in Northern Michigan, we have been in business since 1979 and are celebrating our 40th year of service. We are a company that has professional results and satisfied customers as its core.

At K. P. Neuman & Sons Construction, Inc. we specialize in custom built residential homes, which account for about 75% of our business. However, we also do commercial work, remodeling and additions, and many other home building repairs that you might require. The size of homes we have constructed range from 1000 sq. ft. to over 7000 sq. ft. No job is too big or too small. We are a general contractor, fully licensed and insured. We provide turnkey project management and integrated site planning. We offer estimates, designs, expert advice and friendly service.

K. P. Neuman and Sons Construction, Inc. has earned its title from its founder and lead representative, Kevin P. Neuman. Kevin's experience in construction technology dates years earlier than the company's 40 year existence, and we have a highly trained staff as well. We employ about 10 people who have a wide range of talents to help your project run smoothly. We have two foremen who have been with the company over thirty years each, an estimator who also does limited design work, an office manager/bookkeeper, and many highly skilled carpenters to take care of the smallest detail. We also employ a full-time painter who can paint or stain any product you desire in the controlled environment of our 48' x 36' spray booth. This spray booth allows us to ensure a warranty according to manufacturer's specifications because we can control the moisture content and finish of the product.

We are a member of the Straits Area Builders Association, the Cheboygan Area Chamber of Commerce, and are very active in supporting our community by sponsoring little league teams, bowling leagues, and youth golf programs, along with countless other charitable activities. We provide the Northern Michigan area with a building contractor whose main objectives are quality of service and customer satisfaction.
